Your doctor will send your prescription directly to our partner pharmacy, Pilldrop Pharmacy in Auckland. Pilldrop ships nationwide, so no matter where you live in New Zealand, your medication can be delivered straight to your door.

Accessing Your Prescription Through the Patient Portal

To view and order your prescribed products, log in to your patient portal using the same email and password you created when you set up your account. Inside the portal, you will see your prescription details and the products that your clinician has recommended for you.

From there, enter your delivery address, choose the items you want dispensed, and complete your payment. Pilldrop will then process your order and prepare it for shipping.

Delivery and Tracking Information

Delivery is fast and reliable. Most patients receive their medication within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your region and the time of year, especially around holidays.

Once your order is on the way, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow the progress of your package. Someone must be home to sign for the delivery because these products cannot be left unattended. If you are not available at the time of delivery, NZ Post will leave a card so you can either arrange a redelivery or pick up your parcel from your nearest depot. Be sure to take a valid ID if you choose to collect it in person.

How Much You Will Receive and When to Book Your Follow Up

For your first appointment, most patients are prescribed around one month of medication. This gives your clinician enough time to see how well the treatment is working and whether adjustments are needed.

A follow up appointment is usually recommended after the first month. During this check in, your clinician will review your progress, discuss how you are feeling, and make any changes to your treatment plan if needed.

If everything is tracking well, you will move to a regular three month cycle. This means you will have a consultation every three months and can request your monthly repeats through the patient portal. You will also receive email reminders when it is time for your next follow up, although you can book earlier if you are running low or delay your appointment if you still have enough product on hand.
